Description:

This is a seminar workshop incorporating Gestalt Theory that will enhance the participants’ understanding of their experiences on the polarities of life. This will teach the participants the value of the “here and now” in becoming aware of their experiences. It focuses more on the process (what is happening) than on the content (what is being discussed). The emphasis is on what is being done, thought, and felt at the moment rather than on what was, might be, could be, or should be. Resistance, conflicts and diversity are no longer perceived as problems or disturbances, but rather as opportunities to learn and develop. Creativity and effectiveness are the results.

Reminders:

Participants should come on time for the workshop activity
